When you tune or upgrade your engine, the stock transmission often becomes a limiting factor, unable to handle the increased torque and preventing it from reaching your wheels. That’s where our performance rebuilds come in. We offer Stage 1, 2, and 3 rebuilds for the most common transmissions used on the track. The procedure is similar to a normal overhaul, but the parts we use are significantly different.

Each stage’s clutches are designed to handle more torque and higher temperatures. We identify and replace the weakest links inside the transmission with reinforced steel parts. Critical components like the output shaft, which can fail under high torque, are replaced with billet steel parts. The torque converter is completely replaced with an upgraded high-performance version, featuring higher stall speeds and reinforced fins. The valve body receives upgrades such as shift kits to ensure proper shifting under higher torque conditions. Additionally, you can tune these upgrades based on your specific needs, such as optimizing torque output for drag racing.
